Youth for Sustainable Travel

Youth for Sustainable Travel (YFST) strives for sustainable and just policies and behavior in international travel while maintaining international connection and solidarity. We focus our efforts on youth advocacy towards powerful institutions ranging from the UN to our local educational institutions. Our projects are run by an ever growing collective of young (volunteer) advocates from all over the world.

Stichting Youth for Sustainable Travel is afhankelijk van donaties en sponsoren om haar activiteiten uit te voeren. Naast het werven van individuele donateurs en organisaties kan de stichting aanvragen doen voor relevante subsidies en fondsen.

Conform de statuten mag de stichting geen uitkeringen doen aan de bestuurders anders dan onkostenvergoedingen en niet-bovenmatig vacatiegeld. Verder heeft de Stichting geen winstoogmerk en zal het vermogen besteed worden conform de gestelde stichtingsdoelen. Bij ontbinding van de stichting zal eventueel batig saldo worden besteed ten behoeve van een algemeen nut beogende instelling met een gelijksoortige doelstelling.
